1. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made for courses, programs, or services are non-refundable.

This policy is in place due to:

  • Immediate access to digital content
  • Allocation of resources and mentorship
  • Limited seats in live training programs

2. EXCEPTIONS (LIMITED CASES)

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical issue preventing access that is not resolved within a reasonable time
  • Course cancellation by Algointelligenz

All such requests are subject to review and approval.

3. NO REFUND AFTER ACCESS

Once any of the following has occurred:

  • Course access is granted
  • Live sessions are attended
  • Materials are downloaded

No refund requests will be entertained.

4. TRANSFER POLICY

In certain cases, we may allow:

  • Transfer of enrollment to another batch or course

This is at the sole discretion of Algointelligenz.

5. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access
  • Permanent ban from our platform
